DO I HAVE TO BE A PATIENT OF DR. FABREY IN ORDER TO RECEIVE SERVICES BY OTHER STAFF MEMBERS AT THE HOLISTIC HEALTH CENTER OF CINCINNATI?

You may receive services from any of our staff members and do not need to be a patient of Dr. Fabrey in order to do so.

WHAT IS THE COST TO SEE DR. FABREY FOR AN APPOINTMENT?

Dr. Fabrey’s fees are based on an affordable scale reflecting time spent with him. Please call the office for details. We do not bill or send statements. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment and may be made via cash, check, credit card or HSA card.

DOES DR. FABREY ACCEPT MEDICAL INSURANCE FOR HIS SERVICES?

Dr. Fabrey does not accept or file medical insurance claims but will provide a detailed copy of services rendered so that patients may file directly with their insurance company if they wish. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment. If lab work is required, your medical insurance may then be applied to that.

WHAT IS THE COST OF NON-DOCTOR SERVICES PROVIDED BY STAFF THERAPISTS AT THE CENTER?

Each therapist at our Center sets their own fee schedule. Fees are based on an affordable scale reflecting both the time spent and nature of the services provided. Please call the office for details.

WHAT DAYS/HOURS IS THE CENTER OPEN?

Doctor Fabrey currently sees patients (new and established alike) on Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday mornings only. All other staff members set their own office hours which vary depending on the therapist. Usually, one or more therapists is in the office Monday through Friday, and occasionally on Saturdays. Please call the office for details.

HOW DO I REACH A SPECIFIC STAFF MEMBER AT THE HOLISTIC CENTER TO ASK QUESTIONS OR SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT?
